Addressing the double jeopardy of stress and hypertension among African American female caregivers of persons living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. This RCT study will test a behavioral intervention (MIM DASH) to promote hypertension self-care in African American women caregivers of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other related dementias. Findings from the pilot study will inform the infrastructure for a larger trial.
